Explore
Exploring is one of the basic non-hostile ways of expanding ones empire by gaining additional new planets. To explore you need to build scouts. Only scouts will explore for new planets, all other ships will be unable to explore for you.

Restrictions
The more total number of planets you have, the harder it will be to explore.
There is a limit to how much you can explore on certain types of Systems.
All empires in Damage Protection will suffer 80% reduction in exploring efficiency.

Navigation!Exploration is done via Command Menu : Manage Empire > Military > Fleet > Explore. Select the system where you wish to begin explore. Enter the amount of turns you wish to spend and click the "Explore!" button.
