When in time of peace, population in the universe seems to multiply by the second. Due to this reason, blueprints were made so as to improve the efficiency of houses. With the blueprints researched, houses can be built higher, bigger and stronger so that it will support more population. With more population, the leader will get more tax from the population. However, bear in mind that for every population you have, it will mean that you will be able to bring up a bigger army. That is why 10% of your empire's total population amount will be added to your empire's Power Rating.

Recommended Systems
Eden, Orion, Titan & Parthenon are highly recommended because it have positive bonus on population. This will allow very huge population to be supported, at the same time generate more income per turn for your empire. Plus, players are recommended to maximize population loyalty since it add 200% bonus to income generated by these system.

Minister traits: Tax Collector Lvl 1
Increases tax collected by 5% per level

Minister traits: Publicly Loyal Lvl 1
Gives a good example making it easier for your population loyalty to rise. Increases loyalty by +1 per level
