Artifacts
In the universe, artifacts are scattered. Few have been found while more still remain hidden. Artifacts can be useful while others are dangerous. Experiment it yourself.
 | Artifacts can be accessed via Command Menu: Manage Empire > Science > Artifact ; a list of artifacts will be shown on Primary Display. | | |  |  |

Click on the artifacts you wish to use; your Primary Display will show the details of the artifacts and click on "Confirm Use" button. If you want to use artifacts to affect other empires, type in the target empire name in the space to the left of "Confirm Use" button.
