Attention All Galaxy Inhabitants
The Galactic Council has reported sightings of a small band of rogue empires that entered the galaxy recently. These empires are armed and should be considered hostile by all inhabitants.
It is unknown at this time whether these empires are acting alone or as part of a larger invasion / hostile force. Use caution if sighted, though the Council has also included a report of some great riches that were obtained by one brave empire who took the initiative to attack one with moderate success.
